Instructions for booking your course. You can book your course online or over the telephone: Tel: +44 (0) 330 133 0188, follow the simple instructions below.
You can pay in a variety of different ways at Holistic Training Courses.
-A deposit will secure your place on a course
-The remaining balance is then required in full and is payable to your tutor if your course start date is within two weeks of booking.
-A deposit is required to secure your place if your course start date is over two weeks from the time of booking.
-Your remaining balance must be paid at least two weeks (14 days) before the course commences. Please note it is your responsibility to contact your tutor to make payment
- Your course tutors contact details will be provided in your booking confirmation emails.
-Failure of to make payment may result in your place no longer being available.
You can book your course by paying a deposit online or over the phone. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo, Visa Debit and Visa Electron debit cards.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties
Only course packages that are advertised on the website can be paid for online, if you would like to build your own package please contact us on +44 (0) 330 133 0188 where we can calculate your discounts for you and take your booking.
Not all courses are included in course packages as an example, ITEC courses are exempt from inclusion
You can achieve a 10% discount for booking two courses together, 15% for three courses and 20% for booking four or more courses.
We are currently updating our online payment process, you can still reserve your place on a course by
1. Choosing your course, at the top of each course page is the course price and a drop down button to choose Venues and Dates or Instalments (for our longer courses) as shown at the top of this page
2. Choose which option (Venue and date) you wish to purchase
3. Then click on Pay online
4. You can then choose to either pay by clicking on View Basket or to purchase more courses by clicking on Continue Shopping
5. Check that your shopping basket purchase is correct in choice of course and number of places booked.
6. Then change shipping to Free, then click on Update
7. You must then tick the Booking conditions box to agree to our terms and conditions (payment cannot proceed without this box being ticked)
8. Then click on Checkout
9. You will then be on the checkout page, click on Checkout on far right of page
10. On the next page of the payment process is a Special Instructions box, add your name/s of all students attending if more than one place is booked and also a contact telephone number.
11. Then complete payment process

If a third party agrees to pay for your training. In order to secure your booking, a purchase order from the third party will be required either by email or letter to secure your place. Once we have received confirmation of a purchase order we will then confirm your booking.
If your payment is succesful, your booking will then be confirmed.
You will automatically receive a payment receipt from our secure payment provider Payment Sense.
Confirmations details details of your course will then be sent to you via email, so please ensure that you have provided your correct email address. Confirmation emails are sent within 2-3 working days.
If you do not receive the confirmation emails within 3 working days, please do check your junk/ spam mail folders as some hosts place unknown in these folders rather than in your inbox.
